Meet Ariana

your friend in building something different.

I did the "right" things. I went to law school. I worked in BigLaw. I worked at a seed-stage startup and a large public company. On paper, I was working hard and building my "dream career."

But the harder I worked, the more I felt like all I was doing was trading my time for money.

So I started looking for another way, which led me to real estate. I bought a property in Atlanta, invested passively in hotel projects, and eventually found coliving, which brought together two things I care about deeply: ownership and community.

Then I started using AI to make all of it more manageable: the rehabs, the budgets, the contractor texts, and the never-ending to-do list. Now I'm building tools that allow me to create a life with more freedom, more ownership, and more room for real connection.

"Community as an asset class."

Co-living creates physical spaces for people to create community where they live and to solve the house affordability problem we have in the U.S. I believe the future of housing has to include more creative models. Coliving is one of them.

I'm currently rehabbing my first coliving property in Atlanta and building the systems to operate it with more clarity and less chaos. I'm sharing the real behind the scenes: the rehab, the budgets, the mistakes, the decision-making, and the AI tools I'm building to make the whole thing more manageable.

A non-technical lawyer building with AI.

A few weeks ago, I did not know what an environment variable was.

Since then, I have built an AI operating system to help manage my real estate portfolio and a bunch of other tools that make my life feel less like one long admin task.

I did not suddenly become technical. AI just made it possible for me to build things that used to stay trapped in my notes app. I believe if we use AI for the tedious stuff we'll have more time, energy, and brain space for the things that make us feel human, like connection, creativity, relationships, and building a life that actually feels good offline.

I advise early-stage founders on the legal infrastructure that supports real growth: entity formation, founder agreements, IP ownership, fundraising, equity management, and corporate governance.

I serve as a strategic advisor, business partner, and risk translator, helping founders understand the legal implications of their decisions, weigh the business risks, and build the foundation they need to grow with more clarity and confidence.

The goal is not just to fix problems after they happen. It is to structure things thoughtfully from the beginning, so we can spend more time focused on strategy, growth, and the decisions that move the business forward.

The more our lives move online, the more I think we crave places that help us feel present, connected, and offline. So I'm building this part of the site to help you get the trip out of the group chat and actually create your own community offline.

One day, I want to build my own hotels and community spaces. For now, I'm showing you the places, tools, and ideas that inspire that vision.
